We have three conference rooms available to rent at CoLab on Grandin. Each conference room varies in size, so let us know what you need! We can accommodate anywhere between 5 to 60 people depending on room set up. Conference rooms generally have the following amenities: 

• High speed Wi-fi

• furniture (rolling, modern)

• white boards (rolling)

• flat screen TV and all cords to connect computer

• USB speakers for computers

• bluetooth speaker for conference calling (request if needed)

• laptop stand

• presentation clicker

Huddle Rooms || $10/hour

We have three huddle rooms available to rent for small meetings and brainstorm sessions. Huddle rooms seat four to five people and have the following amenities:

• High speed Wi-fi

• furniture (rolling, modern)

• white boards 

• flat screen TV and all cords to connect computer

Just in town for a day? Feel a burning desire to get out of your office for just a little bit? All full at the coffee shop? Pick up a day pass to cowork at CoLab! You get access to our wifi, a clean, modern space to work, your own desk for the day, and a chance to meet our awesome members! Huddle rooms and conference rooms must be booked separately-- or consider grabbing a $40/day coworking pass that includes unlimited huddle room usage (first come, first serve).
